This guy does a great job of explaining math concepts on youtube.  He has his own site (www.patrickjmt.com), but it’s more useful to go to his youtube page and use the search function (http://www.youtube.com/user/patrickJMT).  

If you want to do well in anything that you do, don’t look for shortcuts and don’t make excuses for not doing well. This doesn’t just apply to school…trust me, this attitude will determine the rest of your life. This guy believes me…
